yeah finally the event is over
( total cover for the week )
tickets sold 462 ! walk in guest 47 !
total sum up 509 covers ( but onli 496 turn up )

i is happy , we nvr recieve any major complains for the whole week and we get many compliment on our food esp the consumme ^^ ( prepare by me and tingzhou haahh ^^)

thanks for all the support and hard work put in by the team members , indeed it is tiring to prepare all the mis-en-place every morning , traveling frm amk to bukit batok , then take a cab donw to rosette ... but i think all of us are happy with our result and we did have fun during the operation hours :)
