Singapore team wins 2 gold medals at Culinary World Cup

SINGAPORE : Singapore has won two gold medals at the Culinary World Cup.
The seven-member Singapore National Culinary Team bagged gold in the hot cooking and cold display categories.

This resulted in them emerging second runner-up in the prestigious Expogast 2006 Culinary World Cup held in Luxembourg earlier this week.

The team had spent many months planning, practising and perfecting the dishes showcased at the competition.

Minister for Defence Teo Chee Hean and President of the Singapore National Olympic Council will be present at Changi Airport on November 24 to welcome the Singapore National Culinary Team home. - CNA/ms

Anyone can fake an IP address on the same LAN as the host you're trying to impersonate , you can find a machine you wish to impersonate, shut it down, and then set your own IP address to be the same as the machine you wish to impersonate, and go to it. If you want to do so from far away, however, you have to successfully attack the routing system of the network so that it will send packets to you (the impostor) instead of to the "real" host...

US Potato : Asian Flavour 2006

Went for the US potato competition today ,

the basic rules & regulation of the competition will be

• create a main dish of an asian flavour
• all recipe must contain 50% of selected choice of US frozen potato products
• finalist must prepare 3 plates of own creation
• finalist will have ONE HOUR to create and complete his /her dishes

me and my classmate prepare for this competition for weeks and finally the day has come ....

reach school early to register and we waited for our turn to cook off.. i was given J6 ( junior 6 )

i started to cook at 10am ... things went well , i complete the 3 plates WITHIN MY TIMING which is ONE HOUR , and this is wat i prepare

i never manage to get the top 3 prize and 我問心無愧....

the Grand prize for Junior Category , i'm sure his dish taste very very good , he is still the winner even he over shot the timing :)
