anyway today i went to watch Pirates Of the Caribbean with Chicken Rice Seller Wayne and Chen Kai :p

great show , a bit messy if u nvr watch the 1 and 2 but overall nice nice ....the girl ( i donno the name ) is so damm sexy !

so after watching the movie we met some of the classmates ! Wei Chuan , Dino , Ben , Weijie and Richard .. talk about various hotel lifes , good and bad ... funny experience and how some chef tekan us :p

we went to TCC , where is it ? it is right beside Plaza Singapura ( weijie & richard now u all know le ? :P ) order sandwiches and it is nice !

end our day when TCC is about to close ... ben send us home and when we reach geylang , dino complain that he is hungry go we went to eat 牛肉河分 nice but a bit expensive $5 for a small plate....

oh ya i forgot ! when i was at cine waiting for Wayne and Chen Kai got one guy tried to chase mi , i run as fast as i could and lucky i took a photo of him before he stop chasing.... lucky i can run fast :)

Off day / Oreo Cheese Cake

today i had my well deserve off day ! i wait for a week for today !
yesterday night i was surfing net and i came across a Oreo Cheese Cake Recipe ! so i will bake it today !

woke up ard noon and went to Phoon Huta to get all the ingredent i need ! since i will be cooking dinner for my family too , i make a trip to NTUC too .. wow i buy many things ... haha

i cook Pesto Carbonara with Cajun Chicken Chop .. taste perfect !

and here come my cheese cake ! it took 8 hours to fully set and be able to cut .....

after chilling for 8 hours .. the base is finely chopped Oreo Biscuit : ) filling is coarse Oreo Biscuit , Cream Chesse , sour cream and eggs !

being serving attachment now at Mertius Mandarin Singapore for 9 mth till i graduate ... currently attached to Top Of the M ...being there for 1 mth plus , did learn new things and i am having fun great chef who is willing to teach ...my next kitchen will be Triple 3 which is a BUFFET *wink*wink*

yeah my sister got a bf , enjoy her job as a teacher .. living her life happily with great pay and bf :) mummy decide to quit her current job at the childcare and promise to cook good dinner for us hahaha... papa same eveyrday come home complain here and there and slp very early -.-

i have being wondering what will my future be like ? in 5 years , 10 years time will i still enjoy what i am doing now ? will i get married ? will i have kids ? will i have my own family ?

even if i have will i be able to manage a family ? will i be able to shower love to my family ? will i get a job ? will i be successful ? will i ...... ???

will i still have the strength and energy to go into a new relationship ? starting everything from zero....what is gonna be happening in the future ?

went rosette to look for raymond and had lunch there , mother's day set lunch hahaha chef william soh gave us 25% discount and mr lam gave us 3 glass of white wine frm chile on the house :) gd to know ppl :)

after that wayne went work , mi and chen kai went cine to catch a show ....

wow R21 show , super bloodly and super kan chiong ... the whole show no time to rest ... watch till very tired haahah ...

since the show is nice , i went to rent the 1st esp to watch and i rented Just Follow Law too : ) reach hme watch tv and fell asleep , then woke up cook some food for my family ... everyone is happy : )
