yesterday i receive letter from SHATEC asking me to collect my FINAL transcript... wow very excited to know my result so i called ChenKai and Wei Quan to go back SHATEC today to get our transcript from the admin ...

only 8 months away from SHATEC most of the trainers have gone .. all new faces and new management...got back my transcript...

nothing much to see in school so we went westmall intended to catch a movie ... checked the timing yesterday online and it stated 1040am ... but when we reach the cinemas the board show 1020am... so we missed the show.... and we ended at cityhall playing CS haha ....

after work i reach home and i saw the Cuisine&Wine magazine in the table ...

and the 2nd page guess what i saw !

upper respiratory infection

i am down with upper respiratory infection , what is that ? i also don't it is written by the doc on my MC.... sound serious hor? hahaha...

yesterday went to work , all of them scold mi scare i spread the disease to them haha so today i went to see doc and rest at home ;) haha

recently i had dinner at Junction 8 .. a newly open hongkong style cafe...

Wan Chai HongKong Tea Room ... right beside dim tai feng a small , humble cafe selling all type of hongkong dishes... affordable price and decent taste :)

deep fried wanton :)prawn paste chicken wings...wanton noodle soup meat noodle ....

great dinner $20 still got changes hahaah ...

then we went to eat ice cream at Häagen-Dazs got the new ice cream orange chocolate and i love orange chocolate ice cream so i order tat ...

orange chocolate ice cream with brownie :)banana spilt...

eating at Häagen-Dazs is expensive but it is worthwhile !

Stuffed Chicken Wings

yesterday i decided to cook something for dinner today ... i decided to cook stuffed chicken wings today which i tried once at Thai Express....

after washing the chicken wings , 1st i need to remove the bones and not damaging the skins....cut , chop , twist , pull hahaha finally it is done !

okie after taking out the bone i need to prepare the stuffings...i cut water chestnuts and chopped prawn , add some seasoning and start to stuff them...

the worst thing of all is changing from afternoon shift to morning shift ... reach home around 12 am , bath eat supper oso 1 plus le .. then slp ard 3am , 530am must wake up to go work ... shag .....

ok back track abit , sat i went TP to support Gwern and Vincent for their Otto Weibel Salmon Competition... the culinary building for TP is brand new ... freaking nice kitchen and brand new equipment ! wow see liao you will " high "....

today met morris for dinner at J8 , walk ard then don't what to have for dinner , so we settle at Crystal Jade Kitchen for our dinner...

i love eating at Crystal Jade coz of their high standard of food and they haven fail me yet ...i ordered the dishes that is a MUST ORDER for me haha ...

咸魚雞粒豆腐 this is my fav ! really very nice and really a good choice to 下飯....

黑椒彩椒牛柳粒 this one oso very nice ~~~~~ the tenderness and the doness of the meat is i tell u PERFECT ! i donno how the chef did it .. but they are really great !

咕老肉 this one oso very niceeeeeee .... nice gravy and the meat is nicely fried !

i is so happy !

every time finish dinner at Crystal Jade i always feel very 滿足 ... hahaha

after dinner we shop ard J8 , went to Sony shop and play their computer .. the war game so nice hahaha and since ning in is at J8 oso , we met her and went home together ...

Tired

wow this 2 days really tired le , 2 days add up i think i walk alot haha ... yesterday met yew wei out , had lunch at pasta cafe ate a bit...

their special ice coffee , really nice with a coffee ice bar haha

then since we have nothing in mind where to go , so we just walk aimlessly....

hahah we walk and walk and walk and walk , for hours we ended up at bugis and had duck rice for dinner before we bid good bye ....

today i meet meilian go buy morris present and dinner ... morris already chosen the shirt he wanted at Raoul ... the shirt there is really class and i like one of the watch there ... so niceeeeee....

any one of u heard of this event held in zouk?

i dont know when this is held ... why do they need to use noodle as a " weapon " for this event...the 1st video told us that they will be using 200 kilo yellow noodle , tomato sauce for this

freaking waste of food...more here i really don't know wat is the intention of this competition and why noodles is involve....

hw many family can u feed with 200 kilo of noodles?

today while i was cutting vegetable , lobster came and i bo liao took a video of them moving hahah...

hahaah cute hor .. i get a bucket of water and put 1 lobster in .. see he will swim a not... he nvr swim leh just splash water with its tail only ... no fun de ....

every second the seconds hand on the clock ticks , there are alot of changes around us ... people , living standards , environment etc etc etc changes

i am sure now kids childhood games are totally different frm our days... do you all still remember what is the few common games we guys play during our recess time or during lessons? hahah there are a few i remember de i list them down ...

Pa Gou Li ..play marbles , we will draw a circle and a line on the sand patch , we gonna hit out marbles from the circle and the marble will be our " winnings " there are rules like getting licence to aim for marbles , no sound not counted ...

playing country flags rubber ... 10 cents for 1 such rubber bearing a country flag , the aim is to flip your rubber on to the other rubber , after doing that the rubber will be your " winning " ...

Hopscotch i am sure most ppl of my age group got play b4 ba ... take a chalk and draw boxes on the floor like image shown above... each player will have a marker like wallet , keys or etc .... we must throw the marker in to the box not touching the lines or outside the box ... starting from number 1 ... and we gonna hop using one leg .... haha see more here
