lousy refereeing

if u guy watch the matches during world cup u all should know what i mean ...

the standard of the referee for this World Cup 2006 is lousy ...

so many wrong decision they made , incorrect red cards given to those who don't deserve , disallowed goal incorrectly ...

e.g

• Korean & USA match linesman flagged up for offline and it is a clear off line referee ask to play on , letting the Americans score..
• fancy giving 3 yellow card to a player ...
• giving a penalty to the ITALIAN which happen tat he lost his footing and fell down on his OWN ....

i went for my 1st day attachment at rosette today , working from 2 pm to 10 pm ... 1st day was alright , quite fun , i work as a griller for this week and i get to grill meat and seafood for the main course haha ... all of us have a problem with the trainer there -- Eric Chiam -- his english realli powerful .... not a single soul can understand him well ....

wonder how will he fare for his oral if he happen to take one .... hahaha * evil *

tired , going to bed soon but too angry coz italy just won by LUCK and because their acting is good pui !

Diving

Somehow i miss diving , for those who don't know me well , i hold a Advance Open Water diving licence from SSI ( Scuba Schools International )

i went dived in Pulau Hantu , Pulau Aur and of coz the "sea" behind sembawang camp ....

diving in singapore and oversea is hell lots of differents

the creature underwater look different , the colour of the water is different , even the things at the sea bed is different too :p

1 hour plus of boat ride we reach Kg . Sebukang !

we did night dives too ( diff btw a advance open and a open water diver ) the night dive was a bit disappointing coz lack of moonlight so under water was a bit dark -_- but we still have fun !

SPF Charity Dinner

13th June 2006

me and my classmates went to help out at orchard hotel for a Charity Dinner at Orchard Hotel organized by the Singapore Police Force , the hotel look grand and we are suppose to prepare a 4 course meal for 650 pax !

( we are not cooking la , we just help to do plating onli :p )

it is a very gd experience to see how pro chef works and can taste their food oso haha

i change my phone again , from tat full of problem N6280 to Sony Ericsson w810i ... ppl who know me well should know i am a nokia supporter , what makes me change to Song Ericsson? 1st the n6280 has lots of problem , like playing mp3 , phone rings , sms the phone will just restart itself ...i call to nokia care centre to check this problem, they told me tat the softward is not ready yet , they are working on to the problem and ask mi to wait , but how long must i wait for this problem to solve? calling out all N6280 user call nokia care and scold them!

had dinner at Mellben Seafood Catering 龍海鮮螃蟹王 located at Ang Mo Kio ave 3

i only have the chance to take the bowl but not the food , the food looks great once they are serve on the table the food just disappear lolz

CLAYPOT DELIGHT !

today was a bright afternoon , i meet up with my friend for lunch at amk s 11 ( the one beside Jubilee )
i was very very hungry , i wait for my friend to order her food and i go and order mine
i was craving for claypot chicken rice so i went to the store ClayPot Delight to order
i order and the so call " boss " told me , i have to wait 10 min before my rice will be ready , so i paid and went back to my seat to wait
*ten minutes has pass*
i walk to the store , but the " boss " told me it is not ready yet so i walk back to my seat again
the 2nd time i go my rice was ready !
i happily carry my rice back and start eating
to my horror !
the chicken is under cooked !
i am very angry , so i carry tat uncooked chicken to show the " boss "
i told him " uncle this chicken not cook leh "
he see see then say " i change one for u "
nb u expect me to wait for another 20 mins?
so i told him " uncle i wait so long ur chicken uncooked , i don't want le , i want a refund "
the uncle face straight away turn black , he tell me " if refund he will make a lost blah blah blah... "
but i told him " i wait 20min and now i no rice eat who is in the lost ? i tell him i don't want eat le !"

he turn over to the cashier and pay me the money and he shouted " throw la throw the rice away la "
nb cb he shout till like my fault wor ... i put down the rice and i turn and ask him to shut up !

bloody hell the uncle , serve ppl raw chicken still dare to shout at ppl , nb hope he close down his store soon !

in the end i decide to make mini chicken roulade with stuffed bacon and veggie with BBQ sauce

and for the prawn i stir fried with butter
