US Potato : Asian Flavour 2006

Went for the US potato competition today ,

the basic rules & regulation of the competition will be

• create a main dish of an asian flavour
• all recipe must contain 50% of selected choice of US frozen potato products
• finalist must prepare 3 plates of own creation
• finalist will have ONE HOUR to create and complete his /her dishes

me and my classmate prepare for this competition for weeks and finally the day has come ....

reach school early to register and we waited for our turn to cook off.. i was given J6 ( junior 6 )

i started to cook at 10am ... things went well , i complete the 3 plates WITHIN MY TIMING which is ONE HOUR , and this is wat i prepare

i never manage to get the top 3 prize and 我問心無愧....

the Grand prize for Junior Category , i'm sure his dish taste very very good , he is still the winner even he over shot the timing :)
