Off day / Oreo Cheese Cake

today i had my well deserve off day ! i wait for a week for today !
yesterday night i was surfing net and i came across a Oreo Cheese Cake Recipe ! so i will bake it today !

woke up ard noon and went to Phoon Huta to get all the ingredent i need ! since i will be cooking dinner for my family too , i make a trip to NTUC too .. wow i buy many things ... haha

i cook Pesto Carbonara with Cajun Chicken Chop .. taste perfect !

and here come my cheese cake ! it took 8 hours to fully set and be able to cut .....

after chilling for 8 hours .. the base is finely chopped Oreo Biscuit : ) filling is coarse Oreo Biscuit , Cream Chesse , sour cream and eggs !
