yeah the competiton is over yesterday ! wow had a tiring day ... i met my team mate 10 pm on thursday to prepare our mis en place.. so we work through out the night ... wow shag ....so lets the photos do the talking ba...

this is the competitor pass for the day ~
although my team nvr won but we had a great experience and a great learning lesson for me :) the judge gave us some comment on our dishes...they said that our canape portion is too big , the taste of the dishes is good but need slighty more of tabasco...i am not disappointed with the result but i am happy to be there as a finalist :)

haha after the competiton and after returning all the equipment to the hotel , we went to have our dinner using the $50 they gave us :) and i reach home bath slept at 7 pm till today 11 am !~ wow super duper tired !
