one word to describe me now is
TIRED
the worst thing of all is changing from afternoon shift to morning shift ... reach home around 12 am , bath eat supper oso 1 plus le .. then slp ard 3am , 530am must wake up to go work ... shag .....
ok back track abit , sat i went TP to support Gwern and Vincent for their Otto Weibel Salmon Competition... the culinary building for TP is brand new ... freaking nice kitchen and brand new equipment ! wow see liao you will " high "....
seee! wow lau !
full range of new equipment and this is onli half of the range !
ok the competition is great and a good eye opener to me ... there are really many high standard chef around spore ... picture tell a thousand words...
