How do you define a Team?

a group of ppl working together ? a cooperative unit ?

i believe inside the team , smaller grp will be form doing different job scopes and different responsbility... i believe every individual grp/ person are valueable and important to the team...

just like a soccer team ... different ppl played different position .. be it striker , midfielder who attack and score goals or defender or goalkeeper who defend their own goal .... every player one on the pitch are equally important right?

Doesn't mean tat if the team is a very attacking team the strikers will be much more important then those who are defending the goals...

there is always a reason why that specific grp is being set up ... and we cannot rate is tat grp useless or not important based on the work load ... as i say earlier different responsbility

Catching up ...

today off day met yew wei go Queen Way shopping centre as he need to get a new pair of racer for the up coming IPPT... so before we go hunt for the shoes we went IKEA for the meat balls ! he dont really like it but i loves it ! hahaah

after our brunch we hunt for the shoes... all the price ard the complex is the same but we have a hard time finding the correct size.... after a few hours of hunting finally we found 1 ....

we decided to go 7th Storey Hotel for our dinner ... while travelling we call up many batch boy too... in the end onli tan jun rong , mang and johnson turn up :)

onli mang met us for steam boat ... mang and johnson met us for coffee at bugis TCC... had fun catching up with them.... we should have more catching up ya :)

am i/we really happy with my/our life ?

work and work and work all our life just to get those luxuries items tat we wanna own ...

condos , cars , credit cards which in the end become our worries ....

does luxuries tat money can buy means happiness or worries ?

Singapore is rated the most unhappy country in Asia .. is tat true ? are all singaporean unhappy ? is having a simple life make us happier?

was told to cook 1 course which is main course using onli japanese cucumber , potato , 1/2 slice of mango & 1 duck breast ...

within 1 hours including menu planning.... this is wat i come out with

Duck Breast stuffed with potato accompained with baked cucumber and mango butter sauce

time drift us apart ?

why do some ppl like to make other ppl life difficult ?

why do they like to pull other ppl down just to make them look higher ?

Does shouting / scolding / pin pointing motivate the other party to work faster and harder ?

or demolise the person and make them even worst...

i just don't get it ....

oh ya this thurs i will be going medical check up ( FFI ) for my annual ICT ...so excited leh go ICT , come to think abt it i haven clear my IPPT sibei jialat le ... -.-

anyone know when will we be receiving our money from the budget thingy de? i wanna buy PSP leh :p

was busy with work and work and work ... hahaha if u guys dont know currently i'm working at Wine Garage located at Riverside Point , use to the place and the way they operate le now waiting to be confirm haha ...
