This is my test menu today , the choice of salmon or chicken will be base on drawing lots...
i wish to get salmon today but i get the best part of a woman but the worst part of a chicken ... THE BREAST !!!
i need to debone the breast and tender it before i can do anything to them~

after brain stoming yesterday with my sister . i plan to do pan fried chicken roulade with stuffing ( bacon )

chicken roulade ~

roasted rosemary potato , herb and red wine sauce is wat i am doing ...
everything looks ok but my chicken is badly over cook -_-

hope i don't fail ...

tml will be the voting day for the general election 2006 , this is the 1st time i will be able to vote for ang mo kio GRC
i is so excited haha
i went to the rally held by the worker's party yesterday
hell lots of ppl there ....
