today went Petals ( another shatec resturant ) to have my dinner , supporting my fellow course mates event ....

went with dino , fariq , min , ya mone & yvonne

reach there ard 8pm and we start our dinner ....

appetizer

prawn with waldort salad with orange lime reduction

i like the prawn but if the prawn can be more crispy and serve hot it will be perfect !

Soup

mushroom consumme

a bit cloudy , oily and don't realli have a taste of mushroom

main course

chicken roulade served with rosemary mirin sauce

or

Grilled salmon topped with Roasted Almond Crust on an Orange Emulsion

i chose salmon

the doness of the salmon is perfect , i like the crust but i don't realli like sweet stuff on main course that why the orange emulsion is a no - no for me :)

Dessert

Green Tea & Chocolate mousse

i like the dessert and the petits four ^^

overall the dinner is good , good job Team Petals

after the dinner , the guys suggest to go for a drink and chill out , so we walk and walk and walk don't know where to go , standing at fullerton no idea where to drink

so ya mone and yvonne bid us good bye and finally we decided to head to a pub call FLO at one fullerton

the place very cosy and comfortable , good place to chill out :)
