Haha saw the news on tv ... a family was detained 4 hrs and was delayed to board the plane just because the mum mention BOMB twice ....

what i read was that the mum was just explaining to the daughter why they need to take of their shoes as to need to scan if there are BOMB inside your shoes...just because of this explaination they detained them -_-...

sound so silly and stupid...what about mentioning RAPE in the public ? will the ladies beside me call the police saying that i am showing threat to them?

Last Few days

Last few days of school le , tml is the last exam paper we will be taking ! Finally!

but that marks the end of my SHATEC " days " ( of coz praying not getting sack frm hotels *wink* )

we had a pre - graduation party yesterday at the lobby , because we had to attend a W.E briefing at the classroom...Our party food vanished before we get to the lobby -_-"....

1st 2 paper was bad ! beverges tips mostly came out in MCQ and T & F , the structure question jialat ....

KO is worst ! MCQ and T & F the question is like alien to me ! some words never even see before....

Structure question worst , question were set but the answer not able to locate inside the book ....

today F & B was okie , manage to do i think can pass ba :)

school lessons is ending soon ... gonna miss the time in classes and Blk 207 chicken rice :)

2nd lesson English , it is always a torture to be in her class .... now we are doing Effective oral presentation , Visual Aids and Non-Verbal Communication Voice... so we are suppose to come out a oral presentation base on a topic related to the Hotel / Tourism Industry ...

i don't realli know what is her standard of marking in this presentation

1st of all many topic presented in this presentation are OUT ! WAY OUT ! OUT OF TOPIC ... eg. what does cheese have to do with hotel or touism industry ?

2nd how can a presenter with no PowerPoint presentation , no flip charts no whatever just simply writing some words on the white board score higher then one who prepare Slides for the audiences ?

3rd which is better ?

a 6 minutes presentation with solid and useful information or a 9 minutes plus presentation / photo viewing session which talk craps and useless information ?

can we know the standard of her marking before she ask us to do any project ?

if i know i would just take any manual from my locker and just read 9 min from the book and write some words on the board .. who knows i will get

“During the investigation, we found a digital camera that didn’t belong to the victim,” said Roger Wade, with the Travis County Sheriff’s Office.

On that camera, investigators found a clear picture of their suspects. Now, they need help in identifying who they are.

he has video of boy and girl littering , playing at the playground , motoist flicking Cigarette etc etc...

can see that he camp at hme 24/7 to film down these video in order to capture everythings they do , he must be hired by some company to do this or he must be jobless and very free.. after reading his comment in his blog , many fellow singaporean seem to support what he is doing ...

but who know he film what other videos ? since he is 24/7 standby with his cam , neighbour bathing ? changing ? or when they just wake up in their pyjamas ?

does the law in singapore changes? for what i know using a binoculars a peep into other ppl house is not legal , so wat does a videocam does? pls wake up fellow singaporean ....

Cold Tofu with Salmon Roe ; this tofu is serve on a bowl of ice cube to maintance the temperature of the tofu ... served with falvourful " japanese sauce " and topped with salmon roe and chicken floss 3.5 /5

Crispy Prawn Tossed with Wasabi Mayo and Sunflower Seeds ; Wondeful prawn , crispy but not oily , crunchy but not hard . the wasabi mayo was mix perfectly . onli bad point is portion too small hahaah :P 4.5 /5

Wok Braised Curly Noodle with Pesto Cream Sauce ; simple pasta reduce with pesto and cream , simple but tasty 4 / 5

Grill Salmon with Sambal Sauce ; perfect donesss on salmon , crispy skin the deep fried tofu is gd , sambal is good and the best thing is they serve rice too . it goes very well with the sambal hahah 4.5 /5

Indulge Yourself ; a strawberry ( pink ) longan ( blue ) smootie , abit disappointed with the drink :( longan doesn't taste like longan .... 2.5 / 4

what did i learn during this 2 months of thoery ? the trainers next door are too busy or they are too lazy -_-

fancy marking progess test paper ( the most 80 ppl ) , which took her more then a month to do that ....and we haven get it back -_-

i believe in singapore educational ( MOE )... how they issue certs to professional and certified them correctly example like the Masters Degree...

but i also believe not everyone who has a Masters Degree can teach ... i seen one living example myself everyday ....

Please give up seats to the elderly

being reading singapore seen and came across quite a number of post being the same topic about the same things " Please give up seats to the elderly " this is one of the post ...

what is the problem and issue over " young ppl " giving up seats to elderly ? i might look young and strong but who knows i injure my leg the day before? or i feel sick and dizzy which i cannot even stand ?

why sometime the elderly will show us a " give-me-the-seat-u-inconsiderate-young-man " face , do they know how i feel? SMRT put a sign " please kindly give up seat to someone who need it most " so who need it most ? how they know i am not the person who need it most?

why not propose a to the gahmen that who never give seat to ELDERLY fine $5000 ? or design a train that is onli meant for the elderly ... then there won't be any more problem ....

yeah went out for a so call " farewell " dinner with mr lau as he is leaving SHATEC for a better future *wink* went Furama City Centre for their international buffet @ Tiffany Coffee House , although response was not very good ( some put aeroplane and some being uncontactable) .... it was still a fun and enjoyable session with mr lau and some of the class mates ( terence , wai loon , wei quan , ben , wayne & Gf )

the buffet was average ( minus the fish having a sour smell and the oyster not fresh ) , everything was fine :) we chit chat till around 10pm and mr lau bid us good bye ... hope to see him or best is work with him again ^^ and of coz wishing him all th best :)

after the dinner we decided to go east coast for a bowling session ... it being years since i play bowling ... it was fun hahaha!

can't believe my score can break 100 it the 1st round , i got a score of 131 ! this will be my personal best hahaha! and wai loon get a score of 153 !

but good time don't last my score drop till 75 , wai loon lose till 89 but terence and wei quan catch up !

the last round is the worst :( my score 70 and wai loon 68 o_o we are tired le hahaha...
