life in production...

yeah today mark my 6th weeks into the outlet attachment and my 2nd week at Production...

life in production is gd , start work late and go home quiet early ... But sometime something realli make mi go " ??? " ....

mdm : eugene what main course are u going to give Vision ( training resturant ) ?

me : mdm i giving the " char siew chicken " ....

mdm : eugene on western menu , we cannot use " char siew " , that name is asia style , put roast chicken ...

me : okie....

*5 min later *

mdm : eugene wat sauce go with the roast chicken ?

me : mdm i don't know leh...

mdm : ok , when u roast the chicken , collect the juice and add a bit corn stach to make into sauce ....

me : ok , but mdm wat name for the sauce ?

mdm : ermmm.... Char Siew Sauce....

me : ????

i though that i can't get involved in the year NDP .... BUT I DID ... thanks to the last min invitation for a " friend " ...

HERE I COME NDP 2006 preview ...

Woke up in the morning and went to cut my hair , after the hair cutting i was shock , the hair stylist cut my hair way too Stylish , which not everyone can accept even me myself cannot realli accept...

after that i'm ready to set off to the national stadium , i reach kallang at 1600hrs the place was damm packed , lots of ppl in reds and these are the time when we are all proud to be a singaporean , we walk to the stadium which took as 15 min , and we stuck in a human jam ...

Finally we enter the stadium and found our seat , we were lucky the seat view was good , the pre- parade was fun , got games and songs ... after that was Deyi military band to perform , but not many people pay attention them , the attention of the people came back when the Red Lion ome down from the sky and follow by the parade , i'm very proud of my junior from the Naval Diving Unit to be the GOH for navy this year , i was once part of the GOHs 2 years back , lot of memories * hahaah , lots of photos of the parade enjoy !

performer put in their very best to perform , after all wat everyone is waiting for is the fire works !

glad to be part of the NDP 2006 as a audience , i guess this is the onli time singaporean can get together and celebrate , but going home after the parade was a big headache , human jams , ppl pushing and squeezing but overall eveyrthing is great !

i attended my sister graduation at Nanyang Auditorium this afternoon ,after 4 years of hard work, she has finally graduated . Ater work i took a cab to NTU ... the place was damm big , i located Nanyang Auditorium after a few rounds tour around the campus...

i was born in Singapore on 7th of December 1983 in KK hospital .
i never study hard during secondary school.
i fail my Os twice.

i enlisted to Naval Diving Unit on 20th August 2003 .
it was tough , but i serve it with pride.
i ord on 20th Dec 2005.
i defer my ICT because of studies.

i'm studying in SHATEC , i know how to cook .
Having attachment now , struggling with the expensive MRT fares.

i'm involved in 2004 & 2005 NDP , disappointed in not getting a chances to attend NDP 2006.
i voted the 1st time of my life in the recent General Election , i'm happy.
i love my flag but i'm lazy to hang in when i'm told to.

小眼睛的大災難.....

something bad happen....

7th july 2006
2125hr i was busying washing and cleaning up Rosette kitchen , i was suppose to wash up the combi - oven clean using the " oven cleaner " chemical provide there...
it is a very strong chemical which can remove strain within seconds...
while i was splashing or throwing or whatever , somehow the oven cleaner from the mixing bowl " flew " to my eyes....
Immediately my vision was black and i couldn't open both my eyes , and the 1st thing stuck my mind was , what am i gonna do if i went blind ...
i was in pain ....
i rush to the nearest sink and start splashing water onto my eyes , trying to water the chemical away .... after washing i'm very glad that i still able to see...
but both my eyes were god damm red....

i'm realli careless....

Immediately after work , i went to a 24hr clinic , the doctor wash my eye with some solution ( he told me there were oil strain and chemical )
after the washing he asked me to go to A & E for further treatment...

i reach the Tan Tock Seng at around 0015hrs , the place was crowded and the place is cold , i went for screening and treatment alone , while my sister and mum waited for me outside...
it was a long wait ( glad you were there to talk to me )
when it was my turn the nurse wash my eyes again ...

after washing the doctor came to " check " my eye , he use a looks-so expensive-machine to check my eye , he took my eye sight , my eye pressure
he told me tat it is good tat i wash the chemical away fast , and the chemical did damage my eye a little , but it will recover in time ...
he prescribe me with 2 bottles of eye drops...

the eye drop sucks , after dripping the eyes drop i feel bitterness down my throat

stupid service SFT...

a week in Rosette is fine , chef eric chiam is not tat bad anyway , he is gd in a way but he will fuck you big time if u do things not following his method ...

but i still try not to work on his shift lol

but the onli problem at Rosette is the Service SFT...

she has a " you-own-me-a-million-dollar " face , she had a big attitude problem , she gave me a feeling that she own Rosette ...
